In 1999, Cindy was chosen "Realtor of the Year," 2007 was President of the Greater Tyler Association, and in 2011 received the Glover Tunnel Award of Excellence.

Cindy has a special interest in waterfront properties in the area and she manages one of the largest property management companies in Tyler, specializing in owners liquidating property or upgrading property.

I have been in Tyler Texas all my life. I have a BBA from Le Tourneau University. I worked as a title examiner at Smith County Title Company before getting my real estate license 2001. I got my broker’s license in 2004 and my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation in 2010. I also hold TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) and TRPM (Texas Residential Property Manager). I specialize in property management, investment properties, multi-family, and retail space.
