"We have been here for almost 6 months, and we love it! Had a few problems right after we moved in, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very nice and informative. We have moved a round a lot the last 3-4 years, but this is the one place I see my family for years to come! They have properties for any budget or school district. If you call the office, someone is always there to help or to return your call."

"I am renting my first home through this company and so far the experience has been great. The application process was fast and easy, I have some credit issues, but no evictions or anything owed to rental properties and they were able to get me approved. They immediately had someone out to re-key the locks. Ran into an issue with the water heater when the gas company came out that required a plumber and the plumber called me within 30 minutes of me reporting the issue and will be here today. Everyone has called before coming to the house and been very friendly. I don't understand the negative reviews, but I am very happy with my experience."
